Lucas, Licensed Builder, M. Eng, PMP
With a Master’s degree in Engineering, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and a BC Housing Builder License, Lucas brings a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to every project. Over the years, he has worked for global and national engineering firms, managing large-scale, multi-year capital and infrastructure projects in-excess $20 million dollars. His past experience guides his approach in residential developments, ensuring precision, efficiency, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. Known for combining engineering insight with hands-on construction experience, Lucas ensures every home is built to the highest standards.
He takes pride in creating spaces that are not only structurally sound but designed to enrich the lives of those who live in them.
Principal
Kelvin, Licensed Builder, CPA, CA
With a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, Chartered Accountant designation, and a BC Housing Builder License, Kelly brings a unique perspective to the homebuilding industry. As a second generation in real estate development, he has also worked in private and public sectors, specializing in construction. He oversees procurement, contract and project management, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis. His expertise in finance and project management ensures that every build is handled with precision, transparency, and a focus on long-term value. Combining financial insight with a passion for quality construction, Kelvin delivers homes that are both well-crafted and responsibly managed.
His commitment to integrity, detail, and client satisfaction drives every project from concept to completion.
